Collecting and using your personal data

My Work Tracker does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter - your work, your hours, your time off, and your details - is kept only on your own device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to see your information.

What the app keeps on your device

The app stores the work, timesheet, time off, goal, and salary entries you record, and the details you enter in Settings (such as your name, job title, and company, which appear on your review report). This information never leaves your device unless you choose to send it yourself.

Backups

If you use "Save backup file", the app writes a file to the place you choose, such as your device, Google Drive, or iCloud Drive. That file is under your control; we never receive it. Your phone's own backup (Google or iCloud) may also include the app's data if you have that turned on.

Printing and PDFs

When you print or save a report, it goes to the printer or file you choose, through your device's own print feature.

Purchases

The full version is a one-time in-app purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment under their own privacy policies; we never see your payment details. The app only asks the store whether this app has been purchased, so it can unlock the full version.

Permissions

My Work Tracker does not ask for any special permissions. It does not use your location, camera, photos, contacts, calendar, or microphone, and it contains no advertising or tracking of any kind.

Children's Policy

We do not collect any data from anyone, especially any personal information from children. Our app is not intended for use by children.
